WALKING THE BEACH
I love walking the sands of Huntington Beach down to the waterline, letting the ocean wash away my worries as I embrace the moment. I gather sand dollars and seashells, examine the "sea flowers" and abalone on the seaweed, and am fascinated with the shimmering gold sparkles of the sand as the water washes over.
Year-round the weather is a dream, but even when it gets cold and windy, I still like to dip my feet in the water. I release all concerns and give them over to the ocean, opening up to receive all the magic and treasures it has to offer. I feel a buoyancy as I experience the mermaid vibes.

INSPIRED TO CREATE
The salty air and sunshine at the beach inspires me to create.
As you may have guessed, I'm obsessed with mermaids and have been drawing and painting them for years! I sketch in notebooks with pens and colored pencils, and enjoy playing around with watercolor. I love acrylic paint on canvas, with lots of sparkles added.
Mermaids have pretty hair, sparkly jewels and always have fun!
My mermaids are very GLAM, which is no surprise due to my background as a beauty expert for 25 years (makeup and skincare, from copywriting to marketing and education).
